Sarah joined Ramboll’s Environment & Health (E&H) team at the beginning of 2018. Working on various projects across the UK, she helps build resilience against a changing climate – working with clients to address the impacts of climate change and develop options for adaptation.
“Every project is different,” says Sarah. “The interdisciplinary nature of climate resilience work keeps my job exciting. A project with Russian scientists and policy makers was particularly memorable – it allowed me to explore perceptions of climate change and build long-lasting relationships. With Ramboll’s reputation, expertise and international perspective, I believe I can really make a difference.”
Sarah started her career as a research scientist, developing a dynamic energy systems model. She then honed her interest in climate change adaptation through a variety of projects in the UK and internationally, investigating climate impacts and identifying adaptation and resilience solutions.
Looking to the future, Sarah intends to further develop Ramboll’s climate resilience capabilities and better equip society for climate change.
